For more than a decade, Ginna has crafted winning messages and campaigns in pursuit of social change. Before joining ReThink Media, Ginna managed communications for the California office of the Center for Responsible Lending. Prior to that, Ginna was Director of Public Relations at Full Court Press Communications in Oakland, California. She has also worked with The OpEd Project, the SPIN Academy, at AlterNet, and as a strategist for the Breakthrough Institute. In 2002, Ginna edited, with Dr. Julianne Malveaux, The Paradox of Loyalty: An African-American Response to the War on Terrorism. Her work has been published in a variety of outlets, including the Washington Post, Los Angeles Times and San Francisco Chronicle.
